1. SOLD AS-IS POLICY
All palletized and liquidation merchandise listed on the BidBolt Market is sold strictly as-is, where-is. These lots come directly off freight trucks and are not inspected, tested, or verified by BidBolt prior to sale.
Items within pallet lots may include, but are not limited to:
- Scratch & dent merchandise
- Salvage or damaged goods
- Overstock / excess inventory
- Store liquidation or store return items
- Open box or customer return items
The manifest (if provided) is offered as a general guide only and may not be 100% accurate. Quantities, brands, and item conditions may vary from what is listed.
2. BUYER RESPONSIBILITY
It is the buyer's sole responsibility to inspect all pallets and merchandise at the time of pickup or upon delivery. By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and accept that:
- You understand items are not pre-inspected by BidBolt;
- Pallet contents may differ from any provided manifest;
- Individual item conditions can range from new to heavily damaged; and
- You accept all risk associated with the purchase.
3. RETURNS & REFUNDS
No returns, refunds, or exchanges are offered on pallet lots or liquidation merchandise. All sales are final once payment is completed.
If you believe there has been a significant error with your order (e.g., wrong pallet delivered), please contact our support team within 24 hours of pickup or delivery with photos and documentation. We will review on a case-by-case basis, but we are not obligated to issue a refund.
4. FREE LOCAL PICKUP
Local pickup is available at no additional charge. After purchase, you will be able to schedule a pickup time through your BidBolt account.
Items must be picked up within 5 business days of purchase unless other arrangements are made. After 5 business days, a daily storage fee may apply, and unclaimed items may be relisted at BidBolt's discretion.
Buyers are responsible for bringing appropriate vehicles and equipment to transport their purchases. BidBolt staff can assist with forklift loading for pallets, but buyers must arrange their own transport.
5. NATIONWIDE SHIPPING
We offer nationwide shipping across the continental United States for a flat fee. Shipping rates will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on the size and weight of your order.
Shipped items are handled by third-party freight carriers. BidBolt is not responsible for damage that occurs during transit. We recommend purchasing freight insurance for high-value shipments.
Shipping timelines vary but typically range from 5–10 business days depending on destination and carrier availability.
6. PAYMENT & FEES
All payments are processed securely through Square. We accept major credit cards and debit cards.
A Buyer's Premium of 15% is added to the purchase price of all items. Applicable sales tax will be calculated and added at checkout based on your location.
7. GENERAL TERMS
These Market Terms & Conditions supplement the main BidBolt Terms & Conditions. In the event of a conflict between these Market Terms and the main Terms & Conditions, these Market Terms shall govern for Market-specific transactions.
